Inkbox

Identity and communication layer for AI agents

Visit Inkbox

Inkbox is a communication identity layer for AI agents, giving each agent its own email inbox, phone number, iMessage access, internet address, and Agent2Agent connectivity under a single identity. It solves the problem of agents lacking a consistent way to receive and respond to messages across channels, letting people reach an agent by email, phone, or iMessage while apps and services connect through its public endpoint. Cross-channel memory keeps context with a person across email, texts, and calls, and agents can contact one another directly to hand off work.

Provisioning runs through a CLI, SDK, MCP server, or plugins for harnesses including Claude, ChatGPT, Grok Bot, Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Cursor, Hermes, and OpenClaw, with typed SDKs for Python, TypeScript, and Rust and a REST API underneath. Access controls let you decide who can reach each agent on every channel.

Inkbox is aimed at developers and teams running agents in production or managing agent fleets. It offers a free plan for exploration, Developer and Startup tiers with increasing identity counts, phone numbers, and custom email domains, and an Enterprise edition with custom pricing, higher API rate limits, and international VoIP. Usage-based allowances cover SMS, call minutes, and iMessage, with overage rates and add-ons such as managed 10DLC campaigns.
