It covers stock tracking across locations, sales and invoicing, purchasing and receiving, barcoding, order fulfillment, and optional manufacturing with bills of materials. The product line includes inFlow Inventory, inFlow Manufacturing, and inFlow Stockroom, which focuses on scan-in and scan-out inventory control.
Core capabilities include product organization with SKUs, serial and lot numbers, multi-location stock tracking, reorder alerts, purchase orders, sales quotes and invoices, pick lists, and a B2B portal. Manufacturing adds assembly and disassembly operations with bill of materials and labor tracking. Integrations connect with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and WooCommerce, accounting tools including QuickBooks Online and Xero, shipping services, and payment providers, alongside an inFlow API, Zapier, and MCP support for AI assistants. An AI Report Assistant helps answer questions about orders and inventory. The software runs on web, iPhone, Android, and Windows, with optional hardware including a smartphone scanner and portable label printer.
