The system parses intent, validates and compiles the run, executes it on existing instruments or guides manual bench steps, and analyzes the resulting data in the context of the protocol that produced it.

Core capabilities include protocol validation and simulation before execution, experiment preview, deck and labware resolution, inventory checks, and run logging with audit trails. It supports liquid handlers, plate readers, mass spectrometers, thermocyclers, and centrifuges from multiple vendors, and connects to ELNs and documents such as Benchling, PDFs, Google Drive, and Dropbox. Data connectors, an Infera Gateway for instrument uploads, alerts via email, text, or Slack, and inventory tracking are also available. Security features include role-based access control, SSO, audit logging, and support for HIPAA-ready and GxP-compatible workflows.
