HotspotSystem provides public Wi-Fi hotspot management and billing for businesses offering internet access to their customers. The hotspot software runs on the router, so no computer is required, and locations are managed from a cloud-based Control Center that supports unlimited hotspot locations. The platform supports free and pay-per-use hotspots, multi-currency billing, and multi-location management.

Features include Basic, Social, Vouchers, SMS, Pro, and White Label editions, covering splash-page access, social network login, printed access codes, SMS-delivered codes, and payment acceptance. The software is compatible with many routers, access points, and firmwares, and an API is available. A reseller program lets ISPs, WISPs, hotels, campgrounds, retail chains, and network integrators offer hotspot solutions to their clients using the hosted service, with White Label branding available.

Pricing is organized by edition and billed per location or per operator, with monthly subscriptions billed semi-annually. Free plans are available for Basic, Social, Voucher, and SMS, alongside paid tiers with session or credit allowances; additional sessions, voucher credits, and SMS can be purchased as needed. Pro applies a transaction fee based on monthly sales volume, and White Label carries a setup fee plus an annual license fee.
