Group Office
Open source groupware and CRM software for teams
Group Office is an open source CRM and groupware suite that brings email, calendars, files, projects, finance and customer support into one system. It can be installed on your own server or used as a hosted online service, with data stored on-premises or in the provider's datacenter.
Modules include an Address Book, Newsletter, Support tickets, Projects, Tasks, Time Tracking, Files, Document Search, Templates, Finance and Contracts. Document editing integrates with OnlyOffice, Collabora Online and Office 365, while chat and video calls run through Rocket.Chat. Device synchronization uses IMAP, Microsoft ActiveSync, CalDAV, CardDAV and WebDAV for iOS, macOS, Android and Windows. Studio lets power users build their own modules, and custom fields and filters can be added across the system.
Group Office is aimed at teams and businesses that need shared office and CRM tools. The Community edition is free and open source with basic features and unlimited users. The Professional edition is a perpetual license covering a set user range, with annual updates, and includes a 30-day free trial. Add-ons such as Billing, Document Search, Server, Chat & Video Calls, Email and Document Editing are available separately.
