GraphPad

Scientific analysis and graphing software for researchers

Visit GraphPad

GraphPad Prism is scientific software for analyzing, graphing, and presenting research data. It is designed for scientists rather than statisticians, using structured data tables that guide users toward appropriate analyses without requiring coding. Prism covers common and specialized statistical tests, including t-tests, one-, two-, three-way and multifactor ANOVA, linear and nonlinear regression, dose-response curves, binary logistic regression, survival analysis, and principal component analysis. It also supports sample size and power analysis, curve fitting, and data transformation.

Prism includes eight data table types, one-click regression analysis, real-time updates to results and graphs, and extensive graph customization with export options for publication. Prism Cloud enables project sharing, viewing, and discussion with role-based access controls. Integrations include OMIQ for flow cytometry, with FCS data export and template-based automation, and FCS Express. Prism is available as desktop software with local file storage, and Prism Cloud uses encrypted storage in AWS data centers. GraphPad offers a free trial, a free version, and enterprise options with SSO, MFA, and directory sync on specific subscription plans. The company has developed scientific software since 1989 and became part of Dotmatics in 2022.
