GeoJS is a hosted HTTP API for looking up geolocation and network information about IP addresses. It accepts both IPv4 and IPv6, serves responses over HTTPS only, and returns data in JSON, JSONP, and plain text formats. The service supports cross-origin resource sharing (CORS) and states that there are no rate limits at present.

Available endpoints include IP, Country, Geo, and PTR lookups, each returning the corresponding data for a given address; the Geo endpoint returns all available geographical information. A ChatOps integration allows lookups to be run from chat tools, and a client-side snippet can display a visitor's IP and country code on a page. The API is served through a geo-routed, highly available setup.

GeoJS is aimed at developers and teams that need IP-based location and network data in applications or operational workflows. The pages do not describe a free plan, trial, editions, or seat-based or usage-based packaging.
