Formless is an AI form product by Typeform that replaces fixed question sequences with conversational forms that ask and answer questions. It is designed for collecting structured information while letting respondents ask their own questions during the conversation, and it can be trained on supplied content or a crawled website to answer those questions.
Forms can be started from templates covering inbound leads, contact sales, feedback, recommendation quizzes, quote generation, giveaways, job applications and pre-orders, or built from scratch. Formless supports over 120 languages based on the respondent's browser settings, offers multiple embedding formats, and connects to tools including HubSpot, Google Sheets, Mailchimp, Slack, Pipedrive and Zapier. Branding controls let you add your own logo in place of the Formless logo.
Formless is offered through a Pro plan that includes a monthly allowance of AI conversations, three team seats, AI training, brand customization and the Zapier integration; conversation volume and additional seats can be adjusted. A free trial without a credit card is available, and some templates are marked as advanced.
