Fancy Hands is a virtual assistant service staffed by US-based assistants who complete tasks submitted by members. Requests can cover travel planning, appointment scheduling, phone calls, research, purchasing, and other errands. Standard requests are defined as up to 20 minutes of work, and unused requests roll over while membership remains active. Frequently repeated tasks can be set to recur.
Members can submit requests through the website, email, text, phone, or the service's Android and iPhone apps. Integrations include Google Calendar for scheduling, Asana and Trello for assigning tasks within existing workflows, and a developer API. Additional capabilities include conference calling, purchases made on the member's behalf, a Personal Touch feature that presents a custom assistant name and email address to third parties, usage statistics, referral credits, and a Looking Ahead planning email.
Fancy Hands is offered as a recurring subscription with monthly request allowances, and members can buy extra tasks or purchase gift requests. Dedicated assistant options and business-oriented features such as special projects and bulk payment plans are also available.
