ExportComments
Export comments and social media data from 20+ platforms to Excel, CSV, or JSON.
ExportComments is a cloud-based data extraction service that turns public social media, e-commerce, video, community, gaming, and crowdfunding links into structured datasets. Users submit a source URL and receive comments, reviews, posts, followers, and other engagement fields in Excel, CSV, or JSON, which supports tasks such as sentiment analysis, audience research, reporting, and backups before deleting posts.
The service covers more than 20 platforms across social networks, e-commerce, video, community, gaming, and crowdfunding, with dedicated collectors for items such as Facebook comments and followers, Instagram post comments, TikTok live chat, YouTube comments, Amazon and Trustpilot reviews, and Google Business reviews. It also includes scheduled automated exports with hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or custom cron frequency, delivery to the dashboard, email, or a webhook endpoint, execution history tracking, a REST API for creating and managing exports, and a built-in giveaway picker with filtering and random winner selection.
ExportComments is aimed at marketers, agencies, researchers, and businesses handling audience insights, social listening, client reporting, or contest management. It offers a free plan with export limits, alongside Premium and Business editions that raise limits and unlock platform access — Free covers 5 platforms, Premium 7, and Business all 20+. Billing is monthly or yearly with recurring charges, cancellable at any time, and a 48-hour money-back window.
