Ebsta for Bullhorn is a set of browser, Outlook and Microsoft Word toolbars that bring Bullhorn CRM data into the places recruitment teams already work, including LinkedIn, Xing, job boards, Outlook and Word. The aim is to reduce the steps involved in viewing and updating Bullhorn records during sourcing, email and resume work, so CRM activity happens within the recruiter's normal workflow rather than in a separate application.
The product is split into three modules: Ebsta for Chrome, which surfaces Bullhorn data on LinkedIn and job boards during candidate sourcing; Ebsta for Outlook, which lets users view and update Bullhorn records from within email; and Ebsta for Word, which supports recruiters who review and format resumes in Microsoft Word. Together, the toolbars are designed to increase CRM adoption and knowledge sharing across a recruitment team.
Ebsta for Bullhorn is aimed at recruitment companies using Bullhorn. It is packaged as a free 14-day trial with no credit card required, and is sold on a per-user, per-month basis with fees billed annually in advance. Three editions are available: a Single plan covering one toolbar (Chrome, Outlook or Word), a Bundle covering any combination of two toolbars, and a COW-a-bundle covering the full suite of all three.
