Bank reconciliation software: statements in, matched paperwork out.
EAZmatch is bank reconciliation software that pairs each line of a bank statement CSV with the invoice or receipt that explains it. It accepts statements from any bank that can export a CSV: you map the date, amount, and description columns once, and the mapping is reused on later imports. Rows the mapping cannot read are reported with a reason rather than dropped, and unmatched lines remain visible as unexplained.
The workflow covers importing documents (PDF or typed fields), importing a statement, and clearing what is left. Matching suggestions show their score and the reasons behind it; ambiguous cases are handed back for review, and a line can be matched to multiple documents or ignored when no paperwork exists. Dates and amounts are parsed according to formats you choose, and statement files are read in the browser rather than uploaded. Data is scoped per company.
EAZmatch is billed per company with no per-seat charges. A free plan covers one statement import per month for up to three members with scored suggestions. A Team edition adds unlimited members, unlimited statements and documents, automatic matching on import, saved column mappings per bank, and email support, with a trial available. A Studio edition includes everything in Team plus priority support and a custom data processing agreement.
