Degla
Intent into action.
Degla provides autonomous vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) systems designed for public safety and security missions. The product addresses the need for persistent aerial observation without requiring constant manual piloting or pre-defined flight paths. Users define a mission goal, and the system plans and executes the operation independently, from takeoff through adaptation.
The system consists of a purpose-built 4.4-meter fixed-wing VTOL aircraft with onboard autonomy, RGB and thermal sensing, and Starlink satellite connectivity for beyond-radio-range operation. Its core capability is intent-based flight, managed through the SkyCommander interface, which allows operators to change mission objectives in real time while the aircraft replans and reports back. AI models and inference run onboard an NVIDIA Orin chip, enabling perception, planning, and adaptation at the edge. The aircraft includes an emergency parachute and a backup radio link with up to 70 km range. A docking system is planned for integration with the same aircraft, and swarm coordination is in development.
Degla is built for public safety, emergency response, and security organizations. The website does not specify pricing, free plans, trials, or edition packaging.
