Daylio
Self-Care Bullet Journal with Goals, Mood Diary & Happiness Tracker
Daylio is a mood-tracking diary that lets users record a day by selecting a mood and activities rather than writing text. Entries can also include notes, writing templates, photos and voice memos, and are stored in a list or calendar view with search. The app turns these logs into statistics, charts and correlations, including a Year in Pixels view.
Features include customizable moods and activities with icons and emojis, daily, weekly or monthly goals, habits and achievements, reminders, dark mode and color themes. Entries can be backed up to cloud storage and exported as PDF or CSV, and the diary can be locked with PIN, fingerprint or Face ID. Backups are transferred to Google Drive or iCloud.
Daylio is aimed at people who want to journal and review patterns in their mood and activities. It is available as a free app, with premium features mentioned separately.
