DAGWorks, Inc.
Open source tools and services for building reliable AI agents and AI applications
DAGWorks provides two open source frameworks for building AI systems: Apache Hamilton, which expresses data, machine learning, and LLM pipelines in Python, and Apache Burr, which builds stateful generative AI and agentic applications. Both frameworks integrate observability, lineage, catalog, and tracing with a single line of code, helping teams collaborate on workflows and move them toward production.
Apache Hamilton pairs with the Apache Hamilton UI, available as self-hosted or SaaS, for provenance, lineage, observability, and catalog views. Apache Burr pairs with Apache Burr Cloud, which offers hosted execution, state management and persistence, and observability, or can be self-hosted. The frameworks also support versioning, full tracing, CI impact integration, compliance reporting, and SSO.
DAGWorks is aimed at teams building data, ML, LLM, and agentic applications. The Hosted Apache Hamilton UI on DAGWorks includes a 14-day trial at the Team level, with plans covering features such as community or dedicated Slack support, granular function execution cost estimates, and shareable catalogs. Apache Burr Cloud pricing is listed as coming soon.
