Cook Smarts is a subscription meal planning service founded in 2012 and launched in May 2013 by Jess Dang. Members receive weekly menus of whole meals, can swap in recipes from an archive dating back to 2013, and get a grocery list that updates based on their meal, diet and serving size selections. Recipes include nutrition labels, how-to videos, prep-ahead steps and diet alternatives (gluten-free, paleo, vegetarian).
