Coggle

Coggle is a collaborative mind-mapping and diagramming tool for turning complex information into structured visual notes, plans, and process maps. It supports brainstorming, note-taking, planning, and sharing information, with diagrams that can be shared by link or QR code and edited in real time by collaborators without requiring an account.

Core capabilities include real-time collaboration, full change history with the ability to restore earlier versions, unlimited image uploads, floating text and image annotations, branch joining and loops, multiple starting points, auto-arrange, dynamic calculations, and export to PDF, image, .mm, text, and Microsoft Visio, plus import from .mm and text. Diagrams can be embedded, organized into shared folders, and annotated with a library of icons. The platform is hosted on AWS with encryption at rest and in transit, two-factor authentication for production and development access, and a disaster-recovery replica in a separate region.

Coggle is aimed at individuals, teams, and organizations in business, education, and personal use. It offers a free plan with limited private diagrams and unlimited public diagrams, a paid personal/professional edition with unlimited private diagrams and advanced formatting, a per-member organization edition with SAML single sign-on, consolidated billing, and user management, and an enterprise option with on-premise deployment, Active Directory authentication, and site licenses.
